This step closes the pores, adjusts the pH of the skin and removes any remaining cleanser or dirt from the skin. This product is slightly yellow to cloudy and is scented.

Directions for usage:
Pat skin dry and apply toner dampened cotton by wiping in an outward direction until cotton comes up clean. Avoid eye area. Follow with moisturizer or night serum.
