What payment methods do you accept?

All information gathered by Heavenly Skin Care through your order is kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be distributed to any company or individual. The information will only be used to make sure your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout system is handled by Intuit. It is also protected from fraud by GeoTrust.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. You can use your credit card and process it through our secure checkout. Just follow the instructions as you are checking out.
Why can't I find a product that I've orderd in the past?
Our inventory changes constantly. If we do not have an item today please check back periodically.
Do you ship Internationally?
No. Items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Texas to anywhere in the Continental USA, Hawaii and Alaska. We do NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Can I expedite shipment?
We cannot expedite shipment at this time. We are looking into this as a future option.
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
Yes. We do allow returns and exchanges. Please see the return policy below.

If I buy an item and it goes on sale sometime after I purchase it can I get a discount? Unfortunately, we are unable to honor sale prices on purchases prior to an item or items going on sale.

Security
We use state-of-the-art encryption technology to protect your credit card/personal information. You can place your order(s) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
Digital certificates encrypt data using SSL technology, which is the industry-standard method for protecting Web communications. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity and optional client authentication for a TCP/IP connection. Because SSL is built into all major browsers and Web servers, simply installing a digital certificate turns on their SSL capabilities.
SSL comes in two strengths, 40-bit and 128-bit, which refer to the length of the "session key;" generated by every encrypted transaction. The longer the key, the more difficult it is to break the encryption code. Heavenly Skin Care uses 128-bit encryption. Most browsers support 128-bit SSL sessions, which is trillions of times stronger than 40-bit sessions.
Shipping
We use USPS for all shipping and charges are based on current USPS rates with a small handing fee included. Once payment is received your order will be PROCESSED for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding Christmas shopping periods). We will send you a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Please allow the specified delivery time before contacting customer support. We only ship to the 48 Continental States, Hawaii and Alaska. We do NOT ship to APO or FPO addresses. Sorry, but we cannot expedite shipment at this time.
Free Shipping
Free USPS ground shipping is valid for all orders that total $99.00 or more and the shipping address is located in the 48 contiguous states. For orders that total $98.99 or less, shipping includes shipping and handling. The amount you will be charged for shipping will be listed on your invoice before you complete your transaction.
Images
While we try to keep our images up to date we cannot guarantee that the product packaging has not changed.
Our product images are updated as so as possible after a change has been made.
Product Pricing and Order Fulfillment
Due to the large number of products we carry, occasionally errors occur in the pricing of our products. We do our best to prevent such instances, but in the event that this should occur we reserve the right to contact the customer prior to the item shipping and inform them of the price discrepancy. At this time the customer may decide whether they wish to pay the correct price or cancel their order. We reserve the right not to fill an order at any time for any reason.
Return/Exchange Process and Policy
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax.
To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please contact us at support@HeavenlySkinCare.com so we can provide you with the details on how to return or exchange the product. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and other information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.
Damaged/Defective Products/Incorrect Order Delivery
When you receive your package(s) please inspect it and the contents carefully. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us regarding the product. If you open your package and have received the wrong item please email us. It is very important that you contact our Customer Service Department at support@HeavenlySkinCare.com before returning any damaged or incorrect products. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and other information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.
